2023 Eligibility Tables

The tables below show the 2023 income limits for different kinds of benefits. Compare your Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) to these tables. It will help you see what kind of financial help you may be eligible for to buy a health plan.

How to read the Eligibility tables

The top level of each table is labeled with the category it represents. The next line (in dark green) is the Federal Poverty Level percentage associated with their limits. The column under each category shows the upper level of annual or monthly income limits, depending on a household size.

To find out if you have an income that qualifies for financial help, you will need to know:

  • your household size; and
  • your annual or monthly income.

As you read down each column, it shows the actual maximum dollar amount associated with each category for the different number of household members.

Which Eligibility table to I use?

The table on the left is based on your household's annual income. It shows the type of financial help you may get with a Qualified Health Plan (QHP), and in particular, Enhanced Silver plans with cost-sharing reductions.

The table on the right is based on a household's monthly income. It shows is you are eligible to get Medicaid for Adults and Children (MCA)
