Important Message: Did you get advance premium tax credits (APTC) last year? Did you have Medicaid coverage for any period? Your 1095-A or 1095-B is available from your online account in the “My Notices & Communications” tab.

Create an Account

Every household who gets their health coverage through Vermont Health Connect (VHC) can have an online portal account. If you have an account, you can save time by doing most things on your own time, such as applying for health care, making changes to household information or income, or asking us questions by secure messaging.

If this is your first time using the VHC online portal, you'll need to create a new account at www.VermontHealthConnect.gov. 

NOTE: Did you already submit an application? If yes, contact us at 855-899-9600 to connect the application to your new online account.

Your VHC portal account will only work on a computer with a direct Wi-Fi or hardwired connection. It will not work on a mobile device or a computer hotspot.

  • What browser works best with the portal? Most browsers will work. If the portal pages do not look right, you should update your browser.

If you do not have a computer at home, you can always use a public station at your local library.
